Google introduces Demand Gen Campaign. This new Ads Campaign type replaces Discovery Campaigns.
The Demand Gen Campaign is a visually appealing campaign type that delivers within YouTube, Discover, and Gmail. Potential campaign goals include generating clicks, driving conversions, and maximizing conversion value.
 The targeting is AI-powered, similar to Lookalike segments, and it also offers options for custom segments, using your own data (YouTube views, retargeting, databases, etc.), as well as interest and detailed demographics such as in-market and affinity audiences, and basic demographic targeting.
 You can create ad creatives as a single image ad, video ad, or carousel ad. You can’t combine images and videos within one ad in this campaign type; choose one of these three options per ad (though you can create multiple ads).
 What’s really cool is that you can use measurement metrics like Brand Lift, Search Lift, and Conversion Lift measurement (exciting, right?!).
